Taking the GRE on Friday

The GRE is the test you take when you are trying to get into Grad School. I’m trying to get into an Occupational Therapy Master’s program at San Jose State. The test is hard. I’ll be taking it this Friday.

Please wish me a bit of good fortune.

    Luck, if there is any such thing, is not good enough; I’m going to pray for you.

    I am studying for the GRE’s now as I am also applying to the MSOT program at SJSU. Thanks for blogging about the A&P situation at Alameda College. I signed up for both Anatomy & Physiology for this coming semester and I had signed up for Majlesi’s hybrid Physio class, now I am looking for a way to swap that out.

    By the way, what study sources did you use to prep for the GREs? Any recommendations? Do you have a target score based on the PowerPrep software tests? Oh, Magoosh GRE prep is the bomb! Too late now but let us know how you did on the V&Q when you post again.

    Hey John, it was great meeting you at Dominican!

    As for what study sources, we spoke about it in person but let me tell my readers in brief:
    * 3 weeks of studying out of the Kaplan “Crack the GRE” book
    * Taking the Powerprep II practice tests
    * lots of caffeine

    With that, I got some rather good scores. High enough that I don’t have to retake it :-)
