Really easy and terrific munchies
Preheat oven to 425
Put in a bowl and mix together
- kale ripped into the size of very large potato chips
- olive oil
- maybe a splash of soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos, and or salt
- pepper, a little salt, maybe other spices like garlic powder or parmesan
Spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake 425 for 10 minutes. To make them extra crispy, toss them a bit and cook another 5 minutes.
You know they are done if they slide like crispy slidy things on the cookie sheet
Let cool for 5 minutes and EAT!
