Frittata
- 6 eggs
- 6 oz (half a Trader Joe's package) of broccoli, chopped small, 1 cm cubed
- 1/2 a box of mushrooms, chopped tiny so you can't find them... Better yet don't include them, Megan only puts them in because she thinks she is supposed to
- 1/2 an onion, chopped small then either cooked to clear or caramelized before putting in
- 1-2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped tiny
- 2 slices of Swiss (or whatever) cheese
- lots of parmesan sprinkled in and on

Cook in a 12in cast iron pan for ?? min
