I watched the launch on UStream. It&#8217;s rather amazing that I watched a live video feed from low earth orbit on my computer.<\/p>\n<p>I had a big Space Shuttle poster over my bed when I was a kid, I saw the <a href=\"http:\/\/lee.org\/blog\/2008\/04\/11\/neumann-prep\/\">Challenger disaster in high school<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/lee.org\/blog\/2008\/05\/29\/the-space-shuttle-makes-me-sick\/\">felt <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/lee.org\/blog\/2003\/09\/12\/mechanized-astronauts\/\">saw <\/a>motions moving away from the Shuttle. And experienced the mind boggling <a href=\"http:\/\/hubblesite.org\/hubble_discoveries\/hubble_deep_field\/\">Hubble Deep Field<\/a> and Hubble Ultra Deep Field \u00a0which was made possible, in part, by the Space Shuttle.
