It&#8217;s just so much easier SEEING the problem than having it described to you.<\/p>\n<p>Easiest method: <strong>Team Viewer<\/strong> noncommercial version<\/p>\n<p>Your friend must be at their computer to help log you in. Team Viewer relies on VNC and VNC Single-click code. The Team Viewer people are running a Repeater and a pretty interface.<\/p>\n<p>Tell your friend:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>go to http:\/\/www.teamviewer.com<\/li>\n<li>click on &#8220;Start Customer Module&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>download and run it<\/li>\n<li>When it says &#8220;please tell your partner the following ID to connect to you desktop&#8221; tell them the numbers shown<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>What you have to do:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>go to http:\/\/www.teamviewer.com<\/li>\n<li>click on &#8220;Start full version&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>download and run it (you don&#8217;t have to install it&#8230; follow the prompts)<\/li>\n<li>Where it says &#8220;Create Session&#8221;, type in the ID that your friend tells you<\/li>\n<li>then type in the password your friend tells you<\/li>\n<li>Now, you HAVE THE POWER!
