I strongly prefer using it for parts of my work, putting info exactly where I need it in a way that&#8217;s organized the way I want it to be. Obsidian is remarkably straightforward and sandbox-like, which is to say you can do anything or nothing to your work environment, as you see fit. There&#8217;s a zillion useful plugins, of which I use very few because I&#8217;m interested in getting things done, not putting my data on a pedestal.<br \/>\nIt costs $0 and I spend $4\/month so it syncs with my phone, which works super-great.<\/p>\n<p>The Obsidian website initially might feel a little &#8220;woo-woo&#8221;. Just know that it&#8217;s awesome.<\/p>\n<p>I think the most core features are:<br \/>\n&#8211; WYSIWYG Markdown editor<br \/>\n&#8211; Very easy wiki-links between documents<br \/>\n&#8211; that&#8217;s it. You&#8217;d think there&#8217;s more but those are so useful<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/obsidian.md\/\">Obsidian<\/a> &#8211; so hot right now, Obsidian.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just gonna geek out here: I totally love the Obsidian note taking tool!
