An npc can still say to them, "I knock you down." or if they are kba, "I kill you page." or "I knock you down. I search you," if they are steal active. Mike hynes liked these rules except for the spells. he doesnt want them to have any spells at all b/c they would then be subject to be attacked at night. Well what if they were able to cast during the day only? i dont know, i was a little upset that no one else supported me. Tell me your thoughts on this. i appreciate it. I would like to see them have defensive spells and curing at the least. they would also be allowed to take roleplaying skills such as read and write, first aid, healing arts, pick locks, disarm traps, herbal lore, alchemy(but can not throw it), astrology, any craftsman skill and racial skills, etc... Again, let me know what you think about the spell thing. jesse --------------from mike v Before I deign to try to work out the details, I'd like to get a final word from Marybeth. >> The final word is that our insurance does not prevent pages from using skills. This is our own choice based on the kind of game we want. I will not approve any page suggestions that allow pages to buy more skills than we presently allow them.
